The Department of Rehabilitation Medicine is comprised of a highly skilled team of specialized physicians and therapists who work together seamlessly. Our department focuses on the close relationship between everyday life and rehabilitation. We treat a wide range of conditions, including obvious degenerative disorders, paralysis resulting from strokes or external injuries, as well as discomfort in muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, or bones caused by improper usage, exceeding one's physical limits, or poor posture. Treatment Areas

  • Neuro-musculoskeletal Disorders: We provide treatment for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, hand numbness, hand weakness, facial nerve paralysis, stroke (including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral artery occlusion, cerebral artery embolism, ruptured arteriovenous malformation), head trauma, spinal cord injuries, encephalitis, and residual effects of brain tumors.
  • Bone and Joint Diseases: Our department specializes in managing neck and back pain caused by prolonged labor, incorrect posture, and improper lifting techniques. We also address degenerative joint diseases affecting the neck, waist, and knees, as well as conditions like sciatica, vertebral compression fractures, muscle weakness after fractures, joint contractures, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gouty arthritis, scoliosis, post-arthroplasty concerns, and other joint diseases and their aftereffects.
  • Soft Tissue Injuries: We have expertise in treating a variety of soft tissue injuries, including muscle strains, sprains, tendonitis, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), tennis elbow, mommy's wrist, fasciitis, and plantar fasciitis.
