There’s nothing like a NEWSTART!


With over 1,000m2, The NEWSTART Sport Center is one of the premier hospital fitness center of its kind in the Taipei area. Unlike standard community fitness gyms, the Center combines medical resources, nutritional consultation and a professional certified trainer team, that offers a variety of comprehensive options to the public.

Every client begins with a complimentary consultation with one of our certified trainers, where we will discuss your goals, answer all of your questions and gather the information necessary to create your personal fitness program. All personal training programs have the option of including a fitness assessment, body measurements, exercise prescription and goal setting as part of your first session.(Please note this is one-time consultation only available during your first month of enrollment.)

HOURS

NEWSTART Exercise Center are open 6 days a week. Our standard hours are:

Monday-Thursday   7:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday Off
Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

GROUP EXERCISE

We offer over 25-group exercise classes every week as part of the cost of your membership. We offer a wide variety of classes including spin, yoga, Zumba, Senior fitness classes and aerobics. Please contact us or check our website for the most updated group exercise schedule.

We also offer classes at different levels of intensity to match the needs of our diverse membership.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Work towards your goals with a personal trainer. Trainers can help you strengthen skills, increase stamina, lose weight and meet your goals. All of our trainers are internationally certified* and many have specialized education and expertise. We offer duets and small group training in addition to one-on-one sessions.
