Measure BMD at both PA spine and hip in all patients is a new concept regarding to osteoporosis. International society for clinical densitometry (ISCD) had been made an announcement about this at the 2003.
We provide a new concept of :
- Ideal BMD study (DXA) = PA spine + bilateral hips
- Complete BMD study (DXA) = PA spine + bilateral hips + lateral vertebral assessment
